What we do
Atlas9 designs, builds, hosts, and manages websites for local service businesses, with plans described on our pricing page. Free mockups are exactly that — free. We may prepare a mockup using publicly available information about your business; you're under no obligation to buy anything, and if you'd like a mockup taken down, tell us and we'll remove it.
Text messaging program
Our business number, (971) 397-7707, supports two-way texting. If you call us and we can't answer, we may send you a single courtesy text so your call doesn't go unacknowledged. If you text us, we may reply. By calling or texting our number you consent to receive these reply messages.
- Message frequency varies and is low — typically one reply per contact. This is a customer-care program, not a marketing list.
- Message and data rates may apply, according to your mobile plan.
- Reply STOP at any time to opt out. You'll receive a single confirmation message and nothing further.

- Carriers are not liable for delayed or undelivered messages.

Using our website
You agree not to misuse the site — no attempting to break, probe, or overload it, no scraping other businesses' information from it, and no using our AI assistant for anything unlawful. The assistant is helpful but it's software: confirm important details like pricing and timelines with a human before relying on them.
Content and ownership
The design, text, images, and branding on atlas9.ai belong to Atlas9 or our clients and licensors. Don't reuse them without permission. Names and logos of client businesses shown on our site belong to those businesses.
Disclaimers
The website and its content are provided “as is.” We work hard to keep everything accurate and available, but we make no warranties about uninterrupted access or error-free content. Results we describe — rankings, calls, leads — reflect real work we do, but every business and market is different, and we don't guarantee specific outcomes.
Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, Atlas9's liability arising from your use of the website or from these terms is limited to the amount you've paid us in the twelve months before the claim — and if you haven't paid us anything, to $100. Nothing here limits liability that can't legally be limited.

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Oregon. Any disputes will be resolved in the state or federal courts located in Multnomah County, Oregon.
Changes
