Which plan should I start on?
Growth, for most people — the phone is where jobs get lost. If you just want a good site and you've got the phone covered, Site is $99 and moving up later is one text.
What's the difference between the two prices?
Whether you cover the build upfront. The headline price on Growth and Complete includes a one-time setup from $1,500, which covers the build once and keeps your monthly at its lowest for as long as you stay. Rather not write a check to start? Pay nothing upfront and add $100 a month instead. Same site, same everything, just paid differently. Site has one price, $99/mo, with nothing upfront and no setup option.
Is the $99 site a real site?
Yes — the same build, the same three designs, hosted and kept running. What it doesn't do is answer the phone or ask for reviews.
Am I locked into a contract?
No, on every plan. Cancel any month, keep your domain, and we'll hand over your content. We'd rather earn next month than trap you in it.
Who actually picks up when I call?
One of the three of us — John, Chris or Justin. Atlas9 has three partners and no account managers, so there's no tier where you get handed to someone who doesn't know your business. That's the same on Site as it is on Complete.
Can I switch plans later?
Any time, up or down. Text us. The change takes effect on your next bill — no fee, no renegotiation.
What does "change turnaround" mean?
How fast we make an edit you ask for — a new phone number, a crew photo, a price. Complete is within 24 hours, Growth within 72, and Site within a week — one change a month. Those are the outside limits we hold ourselves to, not the average; most changes land well before them.
Do I pay to see what it looks like?
No. We build a real working mockup of your actual site before you've spent anything or given us a card. Don't like it, you owe us nothing.
What does "every new feature, free" actually mean?
On Complete, anything new we build is included the day it ships — no upgrade, no price rise, including things nobody has specced yet. The one thing it can't cover is metered cost we pay someone else for on your behalf: phone minutes, text messages, AI usage. Where that applies we quote you the number before switching anything on, never after. On the other plans, new capabilities may be offered as paid add-ons.
What are the items marked "†"?
Capabilities we're building that aren't live yet. We list them so you know where this is heading — and we never bill for something that isn't running.
Who owns the website?
Your domain is yours and always was. The site runs on our platform, which is what lets us host, secure and update it for one monthly fee instead of billing you per job.
