Atlas9 LLC (“Atlas9,” “we,” “us”) designs, builds, hosts, and manages websites for local service businesses. This policy explains what information we collect through our website at atlas9.ai, our phone lines, and our text messaging, how we use it, and the choices you have. We keep it in plain English on purpose.
Information we collect
- Information you give us. When you request a mockup, fill out a form, email us, or talk to our AI assistant, we receive what you share — typically your name, business name, phone number, email address, and your message.
- Calls and texts. When you call or text our business number, we keep a record of the call or message: your phone number, the time, the duration, and whether the call was answered. We do not record phone conversations.
- Automatic information. Like nearly every website, our hosting infrastructure logs basic technical data such as IP address, browser type, and pages visited, used for security and to keep the site working.
Analytics and how you found us
We use Google Analytics 4 on atlas9.ai. It tells us how many people visit, which pages they read, roughly where in the world they are, and what kind of device they used. Google sets its own identifiers to do that. We use it to understand which pages are useful, not to build a profile of you, and we have turned off the optional data sharing Google offers advertisers. If you would rather not be counted at all, Google publishes a browser add-on that switches it off on every site, and most browsers can block analytics scripts outright.
Separately, and without any third party involved, we remember how you arrived — the campaign tag on the link you clicked and the website that referred you, if there was one. That is kept in your browser for the length of your visit and is sent to us only if you choose to submit a form or leave your details with our assistant, so that we know which ad or post to thank. It disappears when you close the tab. No cookie, no identifier, and nothing about you personally.
Text messaging (SMS)
If you call our business number and we can't pick up, we may send you a single text message acknowledging your call and offering a way to reach us. We may also reply by text when you text us first. That's the whole program — messages you receive from us are one-to-one replies to contact you initiated, never a broadcast.
No mobile information will be shared with third parties or affiliates for marketing or promotional purposes. Text messaging originator opt-in data and consent are not shared with any third parties, except with service providers acting on our behalf solely to deliver the messages.
Message frequency varies and is low — typically one reply per contact. Message and data rates may apply. Reply STOP at any time to opt out; you'll receive one confirmation and nothing further. Reply HELP for help, call us at (971) 397-7707, or email contact@atlas9.ai.
How we use information
- To respond to you — return your call, answer your question, send the mockup you asked for.
- To provide and improve our services, including keeping a record of how we've helped a business over time.
- To keep the site and our systems secure.
We do not sell your personal information, and we do not share it with advertising networks.
When we share information
We share information only with service providers who help us run the business — for example our hosting and content delivery provider, our telephone and messaging provider, our form processing service, and the AI provider that powers our website assistant. Each receives only what it needs to do its job. We may also disclose information if the law requires it.
Retention and security
We keep records only as long as we need them to serve you and run the business, and we protect them with industry-standard measures, including encryption in transit. No method of transmission or storage is perfectly secure, but we treat your contact information the way we'd want ours treated.
Your choices
- Reply STOP to any text from us to stop text messages immediately.
- Ask us at any time what information we hold about you, or ask us to correct or delete it — email contact@atlas9.ai and we'll take care of it.
Children
Our website and services are for businesses and are not directed to children under 13. We do not knowingly collect information from children.
Changes to this policy
If we change this policy, we'll update it here with a new effective date. Material changes will be noted plainly at the top.
